We’d like to investigate bulk registering patients from LPT (while we’re waiting for NHSD bulk PDS registration). In theory we can use the reporting extracts from S1 (spec attached).
We will evaluate IG and other perspectives (consent codes, dead patients, etc), but would be good to understand technical options for ingesting this data. We can query and export relevant tables but would like to understand requirements for pulling into PIX. Obviously this could be done locally but from the Cookbook documentation I understand there’s a bulk upload feature?

Despite what the Cookbook may say, this does not exist and would need to be developed.
Potentially not simple - as security mechanisms to be considered
Preference would be that, if progressed, it is added as a feature to Interweave Connect - ie an option to drop a file locally into a folder on the Interweave Connect appliance - which is then processed locally and sent to Exchange via the existing secure PIX connection / API
