The Element.coding.display field is mandatory within numerous resources, it would be great if Exchange can Add if missing / update the value if present, so that changes to the Display element does not introduce validation errors (in majority of cases these are warnings and does not hold up data provision) and also that values are consistent in portal.
Example 1: Patient.Ethnicity code system uses different display fields in STU3 as compared to NHS Data Dictionary.
Example 2: Multiple code systems have been updated with slightly different Display value as per attached CR, having the Exchange to update the display value means that as soon as the root code system is updated.
