Interweave console - new resource

Ryan Morley has noted that when an organisation adds a new resource to the Interweave Console, Interweave / Rotherham colleagues are not notified and no approvals are required.

It would be useful if some checks were in place so organisations could not release resources without our knowledge - ensuring they have passed all the normal governance gateways etc. This would reduce the risk of any resources being released that did not meet our standards.
