Pre configured FHIR Query UI

It will be good to have a UI with a list of common FHIR query pre-configured for the use of providers and consumers organisations test resources as well as Interweave support/test analyst without the need to setup postman.

    We'd find this very useful in LLR. We were looking at Postman-related solutions but that would create network headaches.

    If this could be extended to include support for simple automated test assertions in the future that'd be great (e.g. this FHIR query should return a collection of x number of resources) ;-)
