Access multiple organisations with the onboarding toolkit

Currently, when a user is assigned to the onboarding toolkit, it is restricted to a single organisation that the user has been assigned to. It would be beneficial to some users, that are onboarding multiple organisations, to be able to access all of the organisations that they are working with.
